CANYONはトップチューブに特別なデザインがされた限定版Ultimate CF SLX 8 DISC LTDを発表。

CANYON Ultimateアーティストエディション2020は、ドイツのアーティスト兼写真家であるTino Pohlmannによってデザインされている。

限定50台の特別バージョンだ。

After all, they are the ones who have given the Tour the legendary status that it holds today. • With his photographs, Pohlmann tries to show fans special moments that they cannot see at the event. ベルリンで活躍し、これまで長年Canyonのマーシャルフォトを手掛けてきた写真家、ティノ・ポールマン(Tino Pohlmann)のデザインしたアートワークをあしらった限定エディション。

自然とスポーツを融合させた独自の作品世界観で知られるポールマン。20年近くにわたってツール・ド・フランスに同行し、大判の写真でレースを記録している。

写真家としての彼の意図は、サイクリングファンに何かを還元すること。

会場では見ることのできない特別な瞬間を、写真でファンに見せようとするポールマン。人工光を巧みに利用した大判プリントでしか見られない膨大なディテール。

今回、Ulitmateの限定エディションのためだけにデザインしたアートワークも、フレームの美しいシルエットと見事に融合している。
